Better Together
Goodness, these two. What I adore so much about my job is the opportunity to hear story after story of meeting, falling in love, and sweet proposals all leading up to the wedding day. It’s common nowadays to hear about couples meeting online or through an app, but there is something sweet about a mutual friend seeing the possibility of something great between two dear friends. Meeting these two, it makes perfect sense that Niki and Safi were set up and encouraged to date one another. Between their career goals, personal goals and kind-hearted personalities, they are truly a match made in heaven!
The Wedding Celebration
Niki’s family holds the tradition of marrying at the Waldorf Astoria in Orlando, Florida. In addition to it’s stunning and spacious ballroom, it’s outdoor ceremony leaves you feeling as though you are on your own private island. Of course, with Florida weather, having an outdoor ceremony calls for a mandatory backup plan just in case of rain. The skies remained iffy throughout Niki and Safi’s wedding day, but when the delicious was made to take on plan B, it couldn’t have come at a better time. It was a true downpour!
Safe and dry in their covered outdoor space, Niki and Safi, surround by all of their friends and family committed their lives to one another. Would you believe that as they exchanged rings, the skies parted and the sun came right out? Of course, it came just in time for their couple portraits! After enjoying a few moments in the sun together, these two were able to laugh the night away being entertained by stories of old from their family and friends. What a sweet way to step into marriage together!!
