To God be the glory!!!

To a little mini vaca to Miami to hang out with family, friends and soak up a little sun. I truly love city life. Only took my film camera with this time. Still not 100% confident in it and actually didn’t end up using it as much as I thought I would. Hoping to grow more confident with it so it just becomes second nature.

Stayed with my wonderful Aunt & Uncle. The view from their backyard.

Every afternoon it was like the return of El Niño. Their saying, “Don’t like the weather? Just give it an hour.”

I love that you can actually see the falling raindrops! My Uncle owns a salt water tank full of colorful fish and coral. Dory is my favorite of course 🙂My boyfriend and I took a boat out around Biscayne Bay one morning & enjoyed lunch on a little island. They have an incredible art district full of walls covered in commissioned graffiti. Right after Miami, it was off to Lakeland for a Quinceañera session. After the session finished Albert suggested we take advantage of the garden. He sure knows how to make my photographer heart happy!I felt a little silly taking some of these photos, but it was good to experience what couples feel being in front of the camera. I discovered that poses that I simply adore using during sessions, I ended up disliking when getting the photos back. Hoping to take that into account so I can better serve the couple’s likes & dislikes.

Thank you for helping to make Brooke’s day so special. God led us to a photography angel. (and quite the dancer)

BEHIND THE LENS

ABOUT KT

At home near the ocean. Ever-focused on exploration and finding beauty in stillness; found in the moments that leave me inspired and in wonderment.

Over the span of the last fifteen years, I've learned far beyond the artistry of capturing an image. It's evolved into an exploration of embracing the imperfections and discovering how a couple connects with the world around them. My deepest hope remains still: to capture moments not only worthy of filling your home, but ones where laughter is palpable and your love radiates with each passing milestone.
