Part One of Two
This past year marked the twelfth year of business for Kt Crabb Photography as an Orlando and Destination Wedding Photographer. It’s hard to believe we’ve come so far and experienced so much in that time. If I could sum up this journey so far in one word it would be: JOY. I get so overwhelmed sometimes just thinking of the magnitude of how precious these photos are and how sweet it is to be invited into such intimate moments in order to preserve them.
I found there to simply be too much to share for one blog post, so I’ve spread it out amongst two. However, that just means more sweet moments for you to view and even never before seen images featured here. From an engagement session on the peaks of Mount Rainier to the wedding day spent near the crystal clear waters of Miami, these posts have so many incredible stories of even more incredible people.
A Look Back
Hailey and Charlie kiss just after their ceremony at Bok Tower Gardens. Their ceremony took place amongst the grand oak trees that fill the property. It’s no secret that I’ve grown quite fond of BTG, but it truly never fails to leave me speechless with it’s beauty and wonder.
Sarah and Steve celebrated their 5th anniversary with a beautiful sunset photo session.
Joined a talented group of photographers to capture a small inspiration shoot at Bok Tower Gardens. Love this double exposure of our model wearing a Berta Bridal Gown and the azaleas that cover the garden every spring.
These two. Sigh, their wedding was so sweet for my soul. They had a brunch wedding at the Sunken Gardens in St. Pete. They and their guests then set sail on a week long cruise together to celebrate!
Laura and Brandon picked the perfect time to visit Bok Tower Gardens for their engagement session. The garden was full of fresh azalea blooms that covered the
I admire these two so much for so many reasons, but I adore most the happiness they bring out in one another. Paul and Rochelle celebrated their wedding at the charming Alfond Inn in Winter Park.
Gosh I just love how Doug is looking at his bride, April, in this photo. Don’t you? These two had such a stunning wedding celebration at Casa Feliz Historic Home.
Sloan finished up with bridal portraits and was headed into hiding from arriving guests, but was stopped by one. Her grandmother. They were full of laughter and happy tears as her grandmother shared stories of her time at the Lauderdale Yacht Club with her late husband.
I remember chatting on the phone with Christina the first time. The way she spoke about Chris was just so endearing. He deeply felt the same way as seen in the reaction of their first look. So many happy tears that day celebrating these two at The Addison.
I’m not picking favorites – I never pick favorites – but this wedding party was lit. Well that’s how the cool kids say it now-a-days, right? Christine & Alan alongside their wedding party at their BEAUTIFUL Isleworth Country Club Wedding.
I love it when couples are willing to let me play a little bit! Ashely and Daniel in a double exposure mixed with Ashley’s bouquet at their Luxmore Grande Estate Wedding. Luxmore is one of those places that feels like home. Not by it’s elegance, but rather by the people that fill it. Friendly faces that make you feel welcomed the moment you step through the front door. It’s a space I truly cherish.
First looks of any kinds have become a favorite of mine in recent years. For instance, Hailey’s bridesmaids stand in awe of her final bridal look at her Bok Tower Gardens Wedding was one for the books!
It was five years ago that I had the privilege of photographing Kelsey and Jason at Cypress Grove Estate House on their wedding day. Love how much they make each other laugh!!
After a first look filled with all the happy tears, Grace and Justin looked like they were on cloud 9 as they posed for their wedding day portraits at the Luxmore Grande Estate.
Amanda and Hyder held an intimate wedding with their close family and a friends at the Cypress Grove Estate House. It was full of sweet southern charm and so many darling memorable moments.
My sweet sweet friend Katrina met the love of her life, TJ (and cue the happy tears). What a joy to be a witness to the union between these two and celebrate in the most extraordinary of ways.
Still More to Come
Stay tuned for the 2nd part of the year in review coming soon!
I praise God for this wonderful job that feels more like a gift each day.
To him be all the glory. Always.
